I lost 8 kgs by doing Online Nutrition & Workout (85 Kgs to 77 Kgs). At 42, I had to took charge of my health considering rapid weight gain due to hyperthyroidism and Vitamin D deficiency. I was suggested Low carb nutrition & no sugar. Was following high consumption of water intake, eat slowly, avoid liquid calories, be consistent in the workout, practice yoga, meditation & get adequate sleep. The most difficult part of being overweight is you feel Constant lethargy feeling, low self- confidence & self-esteem. I was suggested some lifestyle changes like fixing my night sleeping schedule, & non-usage of Mobile phone before going to bed. I feel nothing is impossible when you are completely dedicated to your Goal & accept this Journey as permanent lifestyle change.
